Element Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a successful, market leading, and growing business as they look to appoint a Finance Business Partner.

Supporting multi-site operational unit leads, this role will drive significant value and play a pivotal part in the continued growth and success of the business. You will take ownership of multi-entity P&Ls - delivering commercial insight, analysis, and strategic advice to senior leaders throughout the business, while driving optimum cost-efficiency improvements. You will also lead multi-entity budgeting and forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities to support overall performance.

We are looking for a Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with a commercial mindset and a desire to partner with stakeholders at various levels, driving real value and supporting business growth. Advanced experience in MS Excel is expected, while experience with Power BI and large finance ERPs would be highly advantageous.

This business operates under a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the Bristol office, offering a salary of up to £70,000 plus an additional bonus and benefits package.
