This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking to join a professional, supportive, and client-focused business. Working closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while supporting the continued growth of the firm.
The Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider team. You'll be responsible for managing client communications, processing new business, and ensuring all client records and documentation are maintained to the highest standard.
This is a varied and fast-paced position that would suit an organised individual who enjoys working in a professional environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients via telephone and email
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
- Preparing documentation in advance of client meetings and annual reviews
- Supporting the processing of new business and ongoing client servicing
- Liaising with providers to obtain information on behalf of clients and advisers
- Managing workflows, tasks, and shared team inboxes
- Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
- Processing letters of authority and provider correspondence
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements
- Delivering a high-quality client experience throughout the client journey
About You
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering excellent client outcomes.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or Independent Financial Advice environment
- A good understanding of financial products and financial planning processes
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using Microsoft Office and financial services CRM systems
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A professional, positive, and client-focused approach
