Do you enjoy bringing numbers to life and telling the story behind the data?

Element Recruitment are partnering with a market leading business to find a proactive, critical thinker who can challenge assumptions, ensure data accuracy, and business partner with key operational stakeholders across all levels, both inside and outside of finance.

Working closely with finance leadership, this is going to be hands on, business facing role.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Support the group annual budgeting process
• Analyse and interrogate multi-site financial performance
• Provide and present key performance data to senior operational stakeholders
• Support monthly budgeting and forecasting activity
• Drive a 'best in class' mindset and contribute towards the business wide, continuous improvement agenda

You will be a part qualified or qualified finance professional, with experience of stakeholder engagement and the ability to 'tell the story' behind the numbers. You will have advanced data skills, using Microsoft Excel / PowerBI and experience of using a large finance ERP would be advantageous.

This business are operating a hybrid working policy of 2 days per week in the office in Bristol, with a salary of up to £60,000 on offer plus package and benefits.
