A well-established and growing financial planning business is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join its supportive and professional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous financial services administration experience who enjoys working in a client-focused environment. Supporting a team of wealth management professionals, you will play an important role in ensuring clients receive a first-class service while helping to keep business operations running smoothly.

The Role:

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will provide varied administrative support across the business, assisting with client servicing, documentation, business processing and general office administration. This is a busy and rewarding role requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing administrative support to a busy financial planning team
  • Managing client enquiries and maintaining professional relationships
  • Preparing and issuing client documentation and correspondence
  • Liaising with financial institutions and external organisations to obtain information
  • Supporting the administration of client cases from instruction through to completion
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
  • Coordinating appointments, reviews and ongoing client activities
  • Processing business documentation and ensuring records remain compliant
  • Assisting with reporting and administration relating to business activity
  • Managing incoming correspondence and supporting day-to-day office operations
  • Ensuring a consistently high standard of client service is delivered
  • Supporting colleagues with general administrative duties as required

About You:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within Financial Services Administration, Wealth Management Administration or IFA Administration
  • A strong understanding of client servicing within a regulated environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing confidential information
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A professional and proactive approach to customer service
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
