Element Recruitment is working with an exciting, purpose-driven organisation looking to add two Customer Service Administrators to its expanding team.
This isn't your typical customer service role. You'll be helping customers find solutions, improving the overall customer experience, and working closely with teams across marketing, logistics, ecommerce and product development to help shape how the business evolves.
- £13.46 per hour
- Working 40 hours per week 8.30am - 4pm (30 min lunch)
- Initally on a 3 month contract
- Located just outside of Bristol
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting customers with more complex queries that need a personal touch after their initial contact through automated systems.
- Managing customer enquiries via email, live chat, and occasionally phone or video calls.
- Working alongside marketing and social media teams to ensure customer communications are engaging, helpful and consistent.
- Monitoring customer reviews and feedback, helping to maintain an excellent customer experience and brand reputation.
- Liaising with logistics and delivery partners to resolve issues such as delayed deliveries, missing orders and tracking queries.
- Helping improve customer service processes, identifying ways automation can work better while ensuring customers always receive the right level of support.
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to be part of a business making a difference.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a customer service, operations or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers across multiple channels.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a love of problem-solving.
- The ability to handle challenging situations with empathy, patience and professionalism.
- Experience using customer service platforms would be helpful, but a willingness to learn is just as important.
- An interest in technology, innovation and how automation can improve customer experiences.
