We're partnering with a highly respected, values-led organisation with a strong reputation across the South West, seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their CEO This is far more than a traditional EA role, offering the opportunity to become a trusted partner, strategic coordinator and key contributor to organisational success.
Working closely with the CEO and Executive Team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring priorities are delivered, governance processes run effectively, and key projects maintain momentum.
The Role
As Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive, you'll provide seamless, high-level support while acting as a key link between the Executive Office and stakeholders across the organisation.
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing a complex and ever-changing Executive diary
  • Preparing presentations, reports, briefings and correspondence
  • Supporting Board, Committee and Executive meetings, including governance administration and action tracking
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating strategic projects and organisational initiatives
  • Monitoring key actions, decisions and priorities to ensure delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows and efficiencies
  • Handling highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
About You
We're looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner or Senior PA who is confident operating at Executive level.
You'll bring:
  • Significant experience supporting a CEO, Director or Executive Team
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and business judgement
  • Experience supporting Boards, Committees or governance processes
  • The ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to improving systems and ways of working
  • Confidence using technology and digital tools to enhance efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of discretion, professionalism and integrity
