Our client is a well-established and highly regarded Financial Planning and Wealth Management firm based in Swindon. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their friendly and professional team.
This opportunity would suit someone with previous experience supporting Financial Advisers and clients within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Investments or Pensions environment. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while providing vital administrative support to the advisory team.
The Role:
As a Financial Services Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing client documentation and meeting packs
- Processing new business applications and tracking cases through to completion
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties via telephone and email
- Obtaining client authorities and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
- Supporting advisers with ongoing client servicing and review activities
- Producing reports, valuations and client correspondence
- Handling client queries and delivering excellent customer service
- Assisting with pension, investment and protection administration
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures
About You:
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience within a Financial Services Administration role
- A background in Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Investments or Pensions
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive and professional approach
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience using industry back-office systems such as Intelligent Office, Xplan or similar would be advantageous
